• Guarantee acceptance by a specialized firm
• Replace due diligence
• Create a professional-client relationship
• Create a contract for services

Final eligibility, pricing, recommendations, and service decisions are made by the appropriate independent specialist.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO US FOR USE OF THE SITE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Because the Site is generally provided without charge, this amount may be zero.
